How do I book?
Fill out an enquiry form or send us a message and if your requested date is available, you'll be sent a booking form to complete.
What age are the sleepovers suitable for?
We recommend from the age of 5.
Are your tents safe?
At the Sleepover Club, we take your child's safety very seriously and have therefore chosen to invest in CE certified tents that meet strict toy safety standards including the fabric covers that have been tested to stringent levels by our specialist sleepover tent supplier. We are also fully insured with public liability cover.
Why do I have to pay a deposit and is it refundable?
We require a deposit to secure your chosen date and unfortunately this is non refundable. You will also have to pay a security deposit to replace any damaged or lost items. This is normally returned to you after our items have been fully checked which is usually within 72 hours of collection.
How far in advance should I book?
We would normally require a minimum of 2 weeks notice for bookings, however, depending on availability, we may be able to accommodate later bookings.
What happens if it rains on the day of my event?
If you have soft play booked for outdoors, we require you to have an indoor area just in case. Unfortunately the weather is out of our control so we cannot refund bookings on the basis of bad weather, however, we are happy to reschedule (subject to availability, so cannot be guaranteed) to a different date at no additional cost, although we do need to have a backup plan/location in mind just in case. Our bell tents are waterproof so there is no reason your glamping experience cannot go ahead.
What is a security deposit for?
When you hire from us, you are responsible for hundreds of pounds worth of stock, so we take a security deposit alongside your final balance payment incase any damage is caused to our hired items. It doesn't happen often, but on occasions, we might have to replace items due to damage caused whilst the item was in your care, so we have to deduct this from your security deposit. Usually, damage is spotted at the time of collection, however there are occasions when it might not be noticed until it is being cleaned and packed away, in which case we will send you photos.
